Founder & Director
With citizenship across multiple countries and a passport stamped in over 25 countries, Laura has experienced the full spectrum of short-term accommodation, from exceptional to forgettable.
During 14 years as a legal recruiter, she worked closely with lawyers relocating across Australia and around the world. Helping hundreds of professionals transition into new roles and new cities, one challenge kept surfacing: finding accommodation that actually felt like home and met the expectations of high-level talent.
That’s where Sonas Stays was born.
Combining her expertise in executive client service, a natural eye for design, and years of experience on both sides of the short-stay market, Laura launched Sonas Stays to offer something better - stays that feel welcoming, considered, and genuinely elevated. Whether hosting professionals, families, or partnering with property owners - she brings the same thing to every stay and every relationship: care, attention, and the belief that the details always matter.
